Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of getnutramind.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by NutraMind Pte. Ltd. 

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1 Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. BrainBoost+™ is formulated for children from age 3, but it must be purchased by an adult and given to a child under adult supervision.

2 About our products — important health information

BrainBoost+™ is a food supplement. It is not a medicine.

• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• It is intended to complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not to replace either.
• Statements on the Site describe the role of nutrients in normal bodily function. They are not claims of a medical outcome in any individual child.
• Health supplements sold in Singapore are not subject to pre-market approval or licensing by the Health Sciences Authority.

Ingredient and nutrition information is published on the Site. Please read it before purchase and check the label on the product you receive, as formulations may be updated.

3 Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud or reselling, or where we cannot lawfully supply to your location. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

4 Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are those displayed at the time you order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Prices, promotions and discount codes may change at any time before you order, and promotions may be withdrawn or limited.

Where a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

5 Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6 Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out how to request a refund and the period in which you must do so. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or other Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

7 Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these Terms.

8 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to resell our products without our written consent, or to misrepresent our products to others.

9 Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, truthful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing.

We may edit or remove submitted content. We do not undertake to publish it. Do not submit content that makes medical claims about our products.

10 Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the NutraMind and BrainBoost+™ names and logos, text, images, and design — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use requires our written permission.

11 Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Site without notice.

13 Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14 Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

15 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Please review it each time you buy.

16 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
